How the Christmas date works
The order-by date at the top of this page already counts every step before delivery: the proof, the longest build time in the shop, the 2 p.m. Denver cutoff for the day's production, and USPS delivery to the lower 48. Order by that day, approve your proof by the date shown, and the piece is expected to arrive before Christmas. Alaska, Hawaii, and the territories need a day earlier.
A piece with no name to add, like the bear couple figurine or the safari nursery closet dividers, skips the proof and goes into production within 24 hours of payment. Every other piece waits for your yes on the proof, so a quick reply keeps it on schedule.
Want a name or a date on an ornament instead of the design shown? That is a custom order, quoted before you pay. The Christmas ornament collection shows the ornament we make today, and the shipping policy covers rates and delivery times.
Shopping by who the gift is for? The holiday gift guide sorts these pieces by recipient. Need a piece by a certain date? Message us with the piece and the date before you order.
