Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 5, 2026
Our commitment
ImprintLuxury Studio wants everyone to be able to browse, personalize, and order from this site, regardless of ability. We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, and treat it as a standard the site must meet, not a checklist to revisit occasionally.
How we test
We run automated accessibility checks (axe-core) as part of our test suite, and we test keyboard navigation and screen reader behavior by hand for pages that carry interactive elements — the cart, checkout, and product personalization flows in particular. Automated tools catch a meaningful slice of issues, not all of them, which is why we pair them with manual review rather than relying on either alone.
What this covers
This statement applies to imprintluxurystudio.com. It does not cover third-party services we link to or embed (Stripe Checkout, for example, is Stripe's own interface), though we choose providers that carry their own accessibility commitments where we can.
Known limitations
We don't have a completed formal audit to publish a specific list of known issues against yet. If something on the site is hard to use with a keyboard, screen reader, or other assistive technology, we want to hear about it. See below.
Tell us about a barrier
If you run into anything on this site that's difficult or impossible to use with assistive technology, email us at hello@imprintluxurystudio.com with "Accessibility" in the subject line. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what happened — that specificity is what lets us actually fix it rather than guess. We'll respond and work to address genuine barriers.
