Every ImprintLuxury sign starts the same way: a board picked off the rack by hand, a design drawn from a customer's words, and hands that know exactly where each cut should go. We're Wilmer & Briana. We started in a Denver garage, and we now make personalized wood signs and home decor from our studio here.

How We Work

We use precision laser cutters for the initial shaping, because hand-routing alone can't hold that consistency across a full run. Then we finish each piece by hand, sanding and staining where its design calls for it, and inspect it before it ships. No two pieces come out identical, because wood doesn't work that way, and we think that's the point.

We build personalization into the process from the start. Your name and your message go in when the design is cut, not stamped on afterward. The text is wood itself, engraved into the board or cut out as wooden letters.

Materials

Baltic birch does most of the work here, and we chose it for a reason worth being plain about. Its thin plies are cross-laminated, each layer's grain running against the next, so the panel pulls against itself instead of cupping the way a wide solid board eventually will on a warm wall. It is a laminate, and that is the point, not a shortcut: it is the opposite of the thin construction-grade plywood the category is full of. When a piece reads dark, that is a walnut-tone stain on birch, not a walnut board, and we would rather say so than let the name imply otherwise. What we don't use is MDF, and we don't print or vinyl the lettering on. The hardness and finish figures are published, sources included.

Turnaround & Care

Every personalized order starts with a free digital proof within 24 hours, and cutting begins once you approve it. A piece with nothing to personalize goes into production within 24 hours of payment. Most pieces ship within 3 to 5 business days of approval, depending on the complexity of the personalization. For custom or made-to-order pieces, we scope the work upfront and confirm the timeline with you before we start cutting.

For care: keep wood signs out of direct sunlight and away from prolonged humidity. Dust with a dry cloth. If the finish dulls over years, a light coat of furniture wax brings it back. We build these pieces to last decades, not seasons.
