If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, including an engraving error that is ours, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will remake it free or refund you in full. You never pay return shipping.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or has a defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it at no charge, or refund you in full if you would rather not wait on a remake. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damage or defect
  • A brief description of the issue

Wrong item received

If we shipped the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will send the correct item and arrange return shipping for the wrong one.

What the guarantee does not cover

Because every ImprintLuxury sign is handmade and personalized to your order, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. These are not returnable:

  • Personalized or custom-engraved products (unless defective)
  • Items with visible wear or damage caused after delivery
  • Items returned without prior authorization
