Production Timeline

All pieces are made to order. Every personalized order gets a free digital proof within 24 hours of payment, and we start cutting once you approve it. A piece with nothing to personalize, like the bear couple figurine, goes into production within 24 hours of payment. How long the cut and hand-finishing takes depends on the piece, counted from your approval: 3 to 5 business days for most name signs, 5-7 for wall art and the event games, and up to 10 for the seating chart sign. Each product page in the shop lists the ship window for that item, and that's the number to plan against.

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS with tracking included. Each piece is wrapped in kraft paper and bubble wrap and packed in a snug cardboard box.

Shipping Cost

Shipping within the United States is a flat $9.00 per order, no matter how many pieces are in it. Once your cart reaches $80.00, shipping is on us. The discount applies on its own, and you'll see the exact shipping line before you pay.

Delivery Times

Once your piece ships, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days within the continental United States. We ship to the US and Canada through checkout. Delivery to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and other addresses outside the continental US takes longer than this estimate, and the holiday dates on this page are for the continental US. If you need a piece there by a certain date, email us before you order. For anywhere else, email us and we'll quote the address before you order.

Holiday Ordering & Cutoffs

Because every piece is made to order, holiday gifts need a little lead time: our free proof within 24 hours of your order, your approval, then the hand-finishing window shown on the product page, plus 3 to 5 business days of USPS delivery. The seating chart sign takes the longest in the studio, up to 10 business days, so it needs the most runway.

Per USPS's published holiday shipping dates, order by December 1 and approve your proof by December 2 for expected delivery before Christmas in the continental US. A piece with nothing to personalize has no proof, so ordering by December 2 is enough. These dates allow for our longest making time, and USPS gives its dates as expected, so a package can still run late. Alaska, Hawaii, and the territories need a day earlier. If you're closer to those dates and have a deadline, email us with the piece and we'll tell you whether it will make it.

Hanukkah starts the evening of Friday, December 4. Order by November 10 and approve your proof by November 11 for expected delivery by the first night in the lower 48. USPS publishes no Hanukkah date, so we count back from our longest making time and the slow end of our 3 to 5 business-day delivery estimate.

Our studio and USPS both pause on the usual federal holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day (December 25), and New Year's Day (January 1). Orders placed on those days begin processing the next business day. If you're close to a cutoff, email us and we'll tell you honestly whether it'll make it.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can monitor delivery status anytime.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We'll remake it at no charge, or refund you in full if you would rather not wait on a remake. We handle the carrier claim.

Lost in Transit

If tracking stalls, or a package shows delivered but you can't find it, reach out right away. For shipments lost in transit we'll open an investigation with the carrier and, once it's confirmed lost, remake and reship your piece at no cost. Because each piece is made to order, we remake rather than refund.
