The most common problem with wedding gifts is that they pile up with fifty other things the couple picked out themselves. The mountain name sign is a round, layered piece with the couple's last name on a raised banner below a ridge line of pines, each layer cut separately and stacked in walnut-stained or natural Baltic birch. The rolling pin is for the couple who cook, and it is the one that gets used rather than hung. Solid wood turned from a single length, so there are no glue joints to open up, engraved with a name and a small flower motif. Wedding Gift Questions
Can I order before the guest list is finalized?
Yes. The mountain name sign and the rolling pin carry a name only, so the guest list never touches them. The seating chart does need the final table assignments, and you can send them after ordering: we design a proof and send it within 24 hours, and nothing is engraved until you approve it in writing. Late changes are part of every wedding, which is why the proof step exists.
Does it arrive gift-ready?
Each piece ships in a box with tissue paper. We don't include a gift receipt by default. If you want a handwritten note included, write it in the Gift note box on the product page, or tick "This is a gift" at checkout.
What if I need it for the wedding date?
It depends which piece. The mountain name sign and the rolling pin ship in 3 to 5 business days, and the seating chart in 7 to 10, because its layout is drawn around your table list. The seating chart window runs from proof approval, not from checkout. If the date is close, message us before ordering. Rush production is available for an extra charge, with express shipping, which also costs extra; we quote both before you pay.
