Agreement to These Terms

ImprintLuxury ("we", "us", "our") is a handmade wood sign and home decor studio in Denver, Colorado, operating https://imprintluxurystudio.com. When you browse this site or place an order, you agree to the terms on this page. If a term here does not work for you, please write to us before ordering rather than after.

Ordering and Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include sales tax or shipping, both of which appear before you confirm payment. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Placing an order is an offer to buy, and your order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. If we cannot make a piece as ordered — a material runs out, a file will not engrave cleanly, a price was listed in error — we will tell you and refund you in full rather than substitute something you did not choose.

Changes and Cancellations

Every piece is made to order and we begin production within 24 hours of payment, so the window to change or cancel an order is short. Email us as soon as you know, and if the piece has not gone to the machine yet we will make the change or cancel and refund you. Once cutting or engraving has started on a personalized piece, we cannot undo it — at that point the 30-day make-it-right guarantee is what covers you.

Personalization You Submit

Names, dates, quotes, monograms, and logos you send us are yours to send. By submitting engraving text, artwork, or a logo, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission from whoever does
• Engraving it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or right of publicity
• It is not unlawful, hateful, or designed to impersonate someone else

You agree to cover us for any third-party claim, loss, or legal cost that comes from content you asked us to engrave. You keep ownership of what you send; you give us permission to reproduce it for the purpose of making, packing, and supporting your order. We may decline any submission at our discretion and refund you in full — we would rather refund an order than engrave something we are not comfortable making.

We engrave exactly what you type, including spelling, punctuation, and capitalization. Please read your proof carefully, because a typo you approved is not a defect we can remake for free.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Production times, carriers, and what happens if a package is lost or damaged in transit are covered on our shipping policy page. Returns, remakes, and refunds are covered on our returns page. Both are part of these terms.

Our Content

The photography, product descriptions, designs, and code on this site belong to ImprintLuxury. You are welcome to browse, share links, and print a page for your own reference. Please do not copy our photos or listing copy into another shop, resell our designs, or scrape the site to train or populate a competing catalog.

Natural Materials and Site Content

Wood is a natural material, so grain, color, and knot pattern vary from piece to piece and from what you see on screen. Screens differ too. That variation is part of the craft, not a defect. We keep product details, lead times, and availability as accurate as we can, but this site is provided as is, and we do not warrant that every listing, delivery estimate, or page will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — a missed occasion, lost profits, or a substitute gift bought elsewhere. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and some states do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Resolving a Problem

Start by emailing us at hello@imprintluxurystudio.com with your order number. Most issues are a remake or a refund, and we would rather settle it that way. If something cannot be worked out informally within 30 days, any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Denver, Colorado, and each of us agrees to that venue. Either of us may still bring an eligible claim in small claims court.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part is limited or removed to the smallest extent needed and the rest stays in force.

Changes to These Terms

We update these terms as the shop changes. When we do, we post the new version here and change the effective date at the top of the page. The terms in effect on the date you place an order are the ones that govern that order, so a later change does not apply retroactively to an order already placed.
