What the puzzle actually is

Each puzzle is a solid wood board with a name spelled across the top row in laser-cut letters and five hand-painted animals, giraffe, elephant, octopus, fox, and whale, lined up beneath it in their own recesses. The fixed animal set is what makes a batch order efficient: we're not re-deciding the design five times, only re-cutting the name.

Board width scales with letter count instead of one fixed size for every child. Short names (up to 6 letters) run about 12 inches wide, medium names (7–9 letters) about 15 inches, and long names (10–12 letters) about 18 inches, sized per child rather than cramming a long name onto a small board.

How a wholesale order works

Use the contact link with your list, one child's name per line, and the quantity you need. We'll confirm layout and timing before anything is cut, then run the batch together so the wood grain and finish match across the whole set.

There's no published wholesale price list here. We're a one-maker studio, not a factory with volume tiers already on file, so quoting a number without knowing your quantity would be a guess. Send us the count and we'll come back with a real figure, usually within a business day.

Is there a minimum order?

No. One puzzle is a real order. So is a batch of forty for a daycare's full toddler room. Every board is laser-cut and hand-painted individually either way, which is what lets us take a small order without turning away the larger one.

How fast can a batch ship?

Cutting starts within 24 hours of a confirmed order. A single puzzle runs 3–5 business days from there; larger batches take longer in the queue, which is exactly what we'll tell you when we send your quote, before you commit to a date.
