What personalization options do you offer?
We can engrave names, dates, addresses, company logos, and custom text. Each piece is set up and cut individually, so a list of forty different names costs us no more work than forty of the same one.
Do you have minimum order quantities?
It depends on how you are buying. Ordering signs for your own use, as gifts or for your space, has no minimum: a single custom sign is a real order, and so is fifty, at shop prices. Buying to resell in your store is wholesale, and we quote wholesale terms per order.
How long does production take?
Production takes 3 to 5 business days for most name signs and 5 to 7 for wall art and larger runs, the same windows every product page lists. A wholesale first order takes 1 to 2 weeks. Rush options are available for VIP Partners and select projects. Your quote states the ship date for a list your size, so it's not a surprise after you commit.
Can you ship internationally?
We ship to the US and Canada through checkout. For anywhere else, email us the address and we'll tell you before you order whether we can ship it, and what it costs.
What wood species do you recommend?
Most of our signs are Baltic birch in two finishes. Natural birch stays pale and even; a walnut-tone stain takes it dark and warm for premium gifts. The cutting board is bamboo, and the rolling pin and name puzzle are solid wood. Read our guide on wood types for how the finishes compare.
Are corporate volumes available?
Yes, at any count, at the retail price per piece, whether the list is ten names or fifty. Every piece is still set up and cut individually. Realtors and builders get the Partner Rate: 15% off from 5 signs and 25% off from 11.
