Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of this site and any order you place with me. By browsing the shop or buying something, you agree to them. I keep them in plain language on purpose — if anything's unclear, just ask.
Who You're Buying From
ImprintLuxury is a one-person studio. I design, cut, and finish every piece by hand and run the shop myself. When these terms say "I" or "me," that's the maker you're ordering from.
Orders and Made-to-Order Work
Most pieces are made to order, and many are personalized. A few things to know:
- An order is confirmed once payment clears. I start making it shortly after — see the shipping policy for timing.
- Personalization is final. Double-check spelling, names, dates, and options before you order — I cut exactly what you submit. I'm not able to remake a piece for free if the error came from the details provided.
- Wood is a natural material. Grain, color, and small variations differ piece to piece. That's part of the craft, not a defect.
- I may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if I can't make it to standard, the request is unclear, or the content is something I won't produce.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is handled securely by Stripe — I never see or store your card number. Any taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout before you confirm. If a price is listed in error, I'll contact you before charging and let you approve the correct amount or cancel for a full refund.
Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Delivery timelines and rates are in the shipping policy. What can and can't be returned, and how refunds work, is in the returns & refunds policy. Those policies are part of these terms.
Your Content and Designs
If you send me text, a name, a logo, or artwork to use on a custom piece, you confirm you have the right to use it. Please don't ask me to reproduce someone else's copyrighted or trademarked work without permission. Designs I create stay mine; buying a piece doesn't transfer ownership of the underlying design.
Acceptable Use
Please use this site for its intended purpose — browsing and ordering. Don't try to break, scrape, overload, or misuse it, and don't submit anything unlawful through the forms.
Warranties and Liability
I stand behind my work and want you to love what you receive. That said, the site and products are provided "as is," without warranties beyond what the law requires and what's stated in the returns policy. To the extent the law allows, my liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. I'm not responsible for indirect or incidental losses.
Changes to These Terms
I may update these terms as the shop grows. The version posted here at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
