Shipping Policy

Effective date: May 2026

Processing Time

All orders are made to order. I start production within 24 hours of payment confirmation and typically complete most orders within 3–5 business days.

During busy seasons or for complex customizations, production may take slightly longer. I'll notify you by email if your order will ship later than the standard window.

Domestic Shipping (US)

Orders ship via USPS with the following options available at checkout:

  • USPS First Class: 3–5 business days (standard)
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days (expedited)

Tracking information is sent via email when your order ships. You can monitor delivery progress on the USPS website.

Free shipping on orders $75 or more (domestic US only). Standard USPS First Class applies.

International Shipping

I do ship internationally. Processing and shipping times are:

  • Production: 3–5 business days (same as domestic)
  • International delivery: 10–21 business days depending on destination

Customer responsibilities:

  • You pay all international shipping and handling costs
  • You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by your country
  • Tracking is provided, but customs clearance times vary by location

Contact me before ordering if you have questions about international shipping to your specific location.

Tracking & Updates

Here's what you'll receive:

  • Order confirmation: immediately after payment
  • Production started: within 24 hours
  • Shipment notification: when your order leaves my studio, with tracking number included

Order and shipping emails come from orders@imprintluxurystudio.com. Check your spam folder if you don't see them.

What if My Order is Late?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, I recommend:

  1. Check the tracking number in your shipment email — delays can happen in transit, especially during busy seasons
  2. Contact your local carrier (USPS) if the tracking shows no movement for 5+ days
  3. Reach out to me if something seems wrong — I'll investigate and work with the carrier

Once a package is picked up by USPS, timing depends on carrier availability, not on me. But I'm here to help sort it out if needed.

Delivery Confirmation

USPS provides tracking; I don't require a signature on domestic orders. Your item will be left in your mailbox or with your mail carrier.

If you're concerned about package safety, you can request signature confirmation at checkout (fees apply), or contact me directly to arrange a safer delivery.
